Innovation Peaks

This is a special process we have developed to create ideas for companies.  This is a process where the client is intimately involved with building ideas in a hyper-charged innovative environment. 

Innovation Peaks is a proprietary system for creating ideas using state-of-the-art approaches to creation, capturing and testing ideas.  You start an Innovation Peaks session with a creative challenge and you end with solid, fully-articulated, tested ideas that are ready to be presented the next day. 

Innovation Peaks is a location in the mountains of Utah.  In this "creative" location we gather clients, facilitators, "sparks", and "creative capturers" of ideas. Sparks are highly creative people who have a history of developing "great ideas."  Sparks (who have less experience with the problem, but unique perspectives) are mixed together with the Clients (who have more experience with the problem, but less of a fresh perspective).  This mixing creates an atmosphere of excitement, possibility and novelty. 

The conflagration of ideas stems from a series of specially developed exercises, tasks, games, or approaches to the problem.  These tasks are widely varied and are custom designed for each group and each creative challenge.  You can think of them as exercises that flex your brainstorming muscles or tasks that force you to approach the creative challenge from a new perspective.  To be perfectly frank, the creation of the exercises by the facilitators is the key to the whole process.  The ideas that are developed are a function of the exercises. 

Innovation Peaks sessions are somewhat scalable.  They can be one day events with no consumer research, or they can be multi-day events with a great deal of consumer research taking place in parallel or at night.  By testing you get to iterate against the best ideas and improve them within hours of their first conception. 

Lastly, the thing that makes Innovation Peaks powerful is the ability to capture the ideas.  We have all been through the experience of putting ideas onto white-boards or on easels around the room.  We almost always feel charged up and that we have many great ideas.  However, just as often, those "great ideas" never seem to be captured in a way that can get them moving forward.  That is the last key to Innovation Peaks.  We employ creative capturers who can both write and design the idea in a form that fully articulates the ideas.  This allows the client to not worry that ideas are going to be developed and then lost in some milieu of oversized post-it-note sheets stuffed into a corner of their office.
