This is one of
the key services we have built our consultancy on.
This service is our broadest business
strategy service. However, at the heart of this service is a
simple goal. It is the quest for understanding the central
defining concept of the business, your BrandPoint™, the point
of your brand. Or to connect it to something you may have
read in "Good to Great", we are business of helping
businesses determine their "Hedgehog" concept.
When conducting BrandPoint Consulting we
draw on the BrandPoint Process. This process of
thinking has proven to be so successful that it is the
subject of our upcoming book, What's the Point! -- Finding your
BrandPoint.
The primary users of this service are CEO's or
strategically minded functional Vice Presidents. We conduct
holistic evaluations of your business and provide analysis of what
strategic opportunities are most appropriate for your
business.
In addition to people issues, this is the
most important thing a leader can do. It is what most
successful CEO's claim they intend to spend at least 1/2 their
time on, central business strategy. Because of the demands
on leaders, sometimes they can't accomplish this goal. We
help leaders get a jump start on this
goal.
