Outside Perspective
One of the key benefits of an
outside consultant is to provide a different perspective. No
matter how accomplished and successful and brilliant a leader you
are, you are limited by your own perspective.
Our passion and experience typically cause us to
look at the business from a wider perspective. While we focus on
the task at hand, we also use our peripheral vision. We want to
view the business holistically, like we were owners, and provide
perspective, concerns and ideas across a wide range of issues and
opportunities.
By being an outsider and by
being able to pointedly interview and candidly discuss issues with
a broad array of people, (high level and low level internal folk,
customers, investors, partners, etc.).
We also bring a broad array
of experience to bear on the issue. Frequently our clients
are extreme experts in a particular function or industry, or
business model. We have the opportunity to deal with an
array of businesses and cross-ruff best practices and new
perspectives between them.

SagePoint of View
Perspective is being able to see the visions of dreamers while being blind to
the views of skeptics.
