Mutual Respect
Mutual respect is critical.
We only work for clients that respect us and show us the
respect due an individual you have asked to help you. We are
not fawning servants of some overlord, we are trusted
advisors (and hopefully friends in the long-run) and we
expect to be treated as such.
We expect our clients to make time
for us when necessary and to respond to our communications
promptly with the appropriate courtesy due a professional
peer or good friend. It is simply rude and
unprofessional to not respond to our communication in a
prompt manner. It impinges on our performance, our
psyche, and our wallet.
Likewise we will bend over backward to help our
clients, we will work round-the-clock if we can. We will try
to make ourselves available as much as possible. We will
make what ever sacrifices we can for the good of our clients.
But we expect this level of respect in return.
We
will not tolerate being disrespected. It should go without
saying that we will not tolerate being yelled at, bullied,
threatened, or unreasonably pressured. |

SagePoint of View
We
believe it is unethical to charge for anything other than the
value we deliver.
Likewise,
it is unethical not be paid commensurate with the value
delivered. |
