The three keys to business success?

The importance of the right people can't be stressed enough.  Everything we have ever learned leads us to the inevitable conclusion that the first and foremost goal of a business bent on success should be getting the right people.  Frankly, if you don't have the right people in your organization then no strategy will ever help.  

People First, Strategy Second is the key to business success.  If your organization is screwed up from the standpoint of the wrong people then we would recommend you fix that first. 

The same maniacal focus on quality people is true of our organization.  We are maniacal about only having the best caliber of people involved with our organization, be that the Partners or our associates, freelancers, and vendors.  

We don't want to waste your money "managing" people.  We only accept the best type of people and they manage themselves.
