Tropicana is the world's leader in not-from-concentrate Orange Juice. They are also a substantial beverage manufacturer and producer of fruit products.

Our work for Tropicana was primarily in the area of Idea Development. After a growth strategy exercise were we determined the most advantaged areas for the company to explore, we proceeded to create new products in accordance with constituent insights (both trade and consumer insights). After the creation of these ideas we modeled how to bring these products to market and performed extensive tactical development work ranging from sourcing manufacturing to recipe development. Finally, we engaged in building the TouchPoints marketing plan and MarComm elements for the national launch of the new products.
