Outsourcing Solutions (OSI) is the world's largest supplier of outsourced accounts receivable management services. Their clients include some of the world's largest credit grantors.

Our work for OSI was highly strategic in nature. We helped OSI develop their "corporate story" or in other words, we helped them crystallize who they were, what their BrandPoint was. We helped them develop (and embrace) a position that maximized there opportunity in the marketplace and helped them articulate that position in the form of a "corporate storybook," a hybrid between a complex brochure and an annual report. We also developed a new lexicon for their sales pitch, their services and internal best practices.

We take confidentiality very seriously and never share confidential information. To protect the confidentiality of our work with these brands, we are intentionally vague about our work. Where we are not, it is because the information is already public. The purpose of this is to give prospective clients a feel for the type of work we typically do.
