Cimetrix develops and sells very sophisticated, and expensive, high-end machine control software. Their software controls the brains of the robots that are part of very complex manufacturing lines that assemble circuit boards or build small complex products like cell phones. Clearly, it is most technically complex product we have ever tackled.

We helped them discover their BrandPoint and their most important TouchPoints. We provided direction on how to sell, which markets were most appropriate for them to concentrate on and how to organize their efforts. We then orchestrated the application of their new BrandPoint to establish a new corporate ID and to improve the strength of their sells materials.
